Day 3 is all about moving quick, putting the pieces together from the week. Think about how you’ve been moving this week - hip hinges, controlled presses, stable core. Now we’re going to build off of that with powerful hips, quick & reactive presses, and dynamic core movements. Think springy, quick, light, and powerful for day 4!!
