This is such a good gym leg sesh! You’ll feel the pump in your glutes for sure. Give it a try and let me know how you like it! Adjust weights to your current strength levels. You can also use dumbbells for everything (for example - do a goblet squat for the back squat; do a dumbbell RDL for the landmine RDL). ENJOY 🔥
