Gym Full Body
This full body workout will get you hot & sweaty while also working on some strength & power. You can modify with dumbbells for the deadlifts if needed, or use a bar instead of rings for chin ups! If you don’t have a barbell for good mornings then I recommend dumbbell RDL’s. 💪 Go a bit heavier than you think you can - challenge yourself on this one! Let’s get strong!
